Recipe: Bacon That Will Get You Cuffed

I should gatekeep tf out of this, but for you, my friend- I will share my secret.

I got this recipe from my friend, Evans. She had this bacon at her baby shower and I ascended, pictured below.

I requested that she ask the chef (her Eastern-European MIL) how to make bacon this good and spilled her tea. I was given the epitome of a blessing. So don’t thank me, thank Evans and thank God! (I still want some credit, though.)

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of thick-cut bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

  3. Lay the bacon strips in a single layer—no overlapping.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. (I’m team crispy.)

  5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.

  6. Serve immediately, or let it cool slightly if you’re adding it to another dish.

No flipping, no tussling with popping grease—just perfect bacon, every time.

Don’t tell anyone else.
