Recipe: The Creamiest, Dreamiest High-Protein Yogurt Bowl You’ll Ever Eat

My back was talking to me when I made this. I was craving something sweet, but knew I needed something healthier than sour gummy worms.

This is my new go-to snack and it’s under 300 calories with 40 grams of protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 scoop Dymatize ISO 100 Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

  • A generous sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 5 strawberries (or fruit of choice: apples, blueberries, etc.)

  • Honey for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Make your base: Stir together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon until smooth.

  2. Add your fruit of choice.

  3. Lightly drizzle with honey and enjoy.
