It's a fun tiki style drink that's served up in a coupe vs. over crushed ice. It's delicious and has something for everyone. In my picture I have a chunk of ice in the coupe. It's not required, but it makes the drink look more fun.
FOE HAMMER
INGREDIENTS
1 oz 100 proof Bourbon
1 oz Navy Strength Jamaican Rum
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz pineapple syrup*
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3 dashes of angostura bitters
Grated fresh nutmeg on top
DIRECTIONS
Add the bourbon, rum, sweet vermouth, pineapple syrup, angostura bitters, and lime juice into a shaker and shake it. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a large coupe glass.
*Pineapple syrup: add equal parts pineapple juice and sugar to a blender and blend until combined.
